Yes, an old thread. Does this site need a moderator? I haven't seen that much spam lately, and only one porn post! Dang, I thought the porn people would be more persistent than that. Anyway, I don't spend my life on here so maybe I miss the worst stuff? Think I'll go sailing now!

Cam is, at times, missed in his moderater role. The breech of his absence has not been filled. The off topic forum seems to have helped, with the exception of a certain movie review. If we keep the zaniness over on off-topic I see no reason we cannot become even more self-regulating. But that implies an understanding that the posts have either gone off thread or should have been threaded in the off topic forum to begin with. Progress is certainly being made. I do miss Cam's trigger finger on the Spam though. I'm also not sure how the Clint Eastwood of Sailnet is going to look in an RV either, but now I'm going off topic. (g)
