That's cool Fred, have fun and yes, take LOTS of pictures. Most of us old(er) guys wish we could sail with our Dads too, you're a lucky young man.

Dale

Where are we going, and why am I in this handbasket?

You know what the first rule of sailing is? ...Love. You can learn all the math in the 'verse, but you take
a boat to the sea you don't love, she'll shake you off just as sure as the turning of the worlds. Love keeps
her going when she oughta fall down, tells you she's hurting 'fore she keens. Makes her a home.

Yes Fred, take photos! Max will be here tomorrow and I am sure he would like to see. Sunday is his first ever tee-ball game. He is very excited. If you don't know what that is, its baseball for little kids. They put the ball on a post(tee) and hit it instead of pitching.

Make sure your dad wears his sailing hat with the wind speed on it.

Have a blast Fred, and tell him I said hi. I'm glad he's getting to go out. I thought he was going out of town again today, but I'm glad he'll be out sailing instead.
