Heading Out Saturday

Hey Guys,

Well, this boat here in NY is a long story, but we are finally set out to head out for the Atlantic Saturday ( we should be in the ocean by then).

I have the Iridium satellite phone and it works fine.

Which one of you would like the honours of contacting my girlfriend once or twice a week and updating my trans-atlantic progress on the forum ?

As one of the less-shifty characters around I'd be happy to pass on your adventures. You (she) should already have my email address.

You know what the first rule of sailing is? ...Love. You can learn all the math in the 'verse, but you take
a boat to the sea you don't love, she'll shake you off just as sure as the turning of the worlds. Love keeps
her going when she oughta fall down, tells you she's hurting 'fore she keens. Makes her a home.

Kacper,

Are you honestly going to give your girlfriends name/number to some of theseguys on Sailenet? You are either young and nieve or do not like her anymore. She will be miss-ex-girlfriend when you get back!! HAHA!! ANd you won't ever hear from that sailor again!!

Whatever you do, don't let Ian near her! (smile)
