Giulietta in Boston, Sunday May 20

The intrepid Portuguese adventurer Alex, captain of S/V Giulietta, is taking a break from his grueling US business trip for a Sunday daysail from Boston. Alex is a frequent poster on Sailnet.com as "Giulietta", posts often containing text written in some ancient script.

As my wife has me on a tight boat budget, Alex has agreed not to break anything while on board.

Any Sailnet members wishing to join us for the day on my CS 36T, please PM for contact and location specifics. All are welcome.

If it were me, I'd keep women and small children in doors that day :-)

Do you travel with a graphics tablet or do you just have a lot of rude images as a clip art library...

You know what the first rule of sailing is? ...Love. You can learn all the math in the 'verse, but you take
a boat to the sea you don't love, she'll shake you off just as sure as the turning of the worlds. Love keeps
her going when she oughta fall down, tells you she's hurting 'fore she keens. Makes her a home.

That explains the primitive nature of the image... they're still using tubes I hear.

I hope that he brought his foulies. Here is the forecast for Saturday:
"Sat
NE winds 10 to 15 kt. Waves around 2 ft. Rain in the morning...then showers in the afternoon. Areas of fog. Vsby 1 to 3 nm.

Sat Night
NE winds around 10 kt...becoming NW after midnight. Waves 2 to 3 ft. Showers likely in the evening...then a chance of showers after midnight. "

Seems like a perfect day!
