Stay Away From YCOA

There is a Marina Whore down in FL called YCOA. Stay away!!! Owner is a psyco, The company is riddled with various levels of crooks and shiesters.
1st hand experience does not lie.

Unfortunately, this is pretty much libel, unless you have something to back it up... This is your first post on this forum, and as such, that makes it somewhat suspect. You could easily be a disgruntled customer or employee that was just fired.

You know what the first rule of sailing is? ...Love. You can learn all the math in the 'verse, but you take
a boat to the sea you don't love, she'll shake you off just as sure as the turning of the worlds. Love keeps
her going when she oughta fall down, tells you she's hurting 'fore she keens. Makes her a home.

I actually looked them up a few months ago, after running into them. They did look pretty shady - lots of "bells ringing". Still, a more informative post would have helped.

Who names their child YCOA ??? Is/was she pretty ? Expensive ? Talented ??? By "Owner" do you mean pimp ??? Isn't that illegal there ??? It is here...

BTW - you really need to be careful with statements like that. It can be considered libelous and expose Sailnet to some difficulty. You CAN however post a factual experience in detail as long as you don't state that your opinions are facts. It may be helpful if you were to do that...

In order not to get anyone in trouble suffice it to say that my lawyer advised me never to say anything I could not back up, and never ask a question you don't already know the answer to.
As far as being libel. Just consider it an opinion statement and Buyer Beware.
Sailindog, you sound like an investor. Good Luck.

The ultimate defense to charges of slander and libel is TRUTH. Unfortunately this DEFENSE usually requires the services of a DEFENSE lawyer. That can be real, real expensive!
