Masthead Mystery

My boat is an Abbott 22. (Abbott Boats Sarnia, Ont.) It has a unique masthead fitting. The forestay rigging was modified to accommodate Harken roller furling. The modification has served more than ten years. I am seeking contact with anyone who can connect me to an Abbott owner or someone who might have a suggestion for a better rigging solution. See pics to see the problem.

You know what the first rule of sailing is? ...Love. You can learn all the math in the 'verse, but you take
a boat to the sea you don't love, she'll shake you off just as sure as the turning of the worlds. Love keeps
her going when she oughta fall down, tells you she's hurting 'fore she keens. Makes her a home.
