I just read that more beer will be consumed in the US today than any other single day or weekend. We really know how to celebrate our independence, don't we? "Let go get some alochol and explosives!"

As far as boat ramps go, I think someone needs to invent a device that won't let you put your tow vehicle in reverse unless the plug is in the boat.

PBz-

I think you meant to say "having a piece of paper that says you are competent does not make it true."

You know what the first rule of sailing is? ...Love. You can learn all the math in the 'verse, but you take
a boat to the sea you don't love, she'll shake you off just as sure as the turning of the worlds. Love keeps
her going when she oughta fall down, tells you she's hurting 'fore she keens. Makes her a home.

I, for one, am completely disgusted at those photos, Cardiac!

The idea that in this day and age some people still continue to throw their cigarettes in the water is utterly appalling.

Hope he was fined accordingly.............

America's "real" Cup or at least, it appears, the one America will be hoisting today:

and if you have too many of these, you will see double...

It's called a brain. A device that makes people use their brain, that would be handy!
