Looking for C&C owners

I recently purchased a 1989 C&C 37+. I was wondering how to contact other C&C owners. Certainly anyone who also owns a C&C 37+.

C&C Owner

Hi

I owned a C&C 30 1979 and sailed and raced it for 12 yrs off Newfoundland

I now have recently purchased a 1972 model C&C 30 and sail off the vancouver BC area.

I have sailed or raced on most of the C&C boats including the 27, 29, 30, 33, 37R, 39 and 36 of which the 36 is the most uncomfortable boat I have been on. Even in light air you always feel like you are falling into the cockpit. All the rest are great boats.

The C&C 30 is big enough for head room and can be trusted in heavy air if properly inspected and tested and smasll enough to allow getting the largest sail from the locker and hanked to the forestay and flying without excessive effort.

Regards
JG

JGoosney-

You do realize that the post your replied to is almost seven years old, and that the OP, vestrep, hasn't posted since then. You really should check the date on threads and not revive ones that have died.

You know what the first rule of sailing is? ...Love. You can learn all the math in the 'verse, but you take
a boat to the sea you don't love, she'll shake you off just as sure as the turning of the worlds. Love keeps
her going when she oughta fall down, tells you she's hurting 'fore she keens. Makes her a home.
