Lightbulb Sailnet members gathering / sail to Party

Has anyone attempted to put this together?

Would there be interest? Maybe an East coast & a West coast one.

if so,

1. try for large bicoastal gatherings or smaller regional ones?

2. what coastal locations would allow ease of access to the largest member population?

3. would you be willing to register & pay small fee 100% off which would be spent food & rum, entertainment etc.

4. Would this be just a party or would you want some seminars or classes

if not I'll go back to my sangria

Would be interesting, but most likely a logistical nightmare that would consume copious amounts of somebody's time and energy to pull off. I'm just trying to meet 'em as I go along.
