I don't know what they charge for a couple of months but if I remember right my 50' slip is about $4,600 or so for the season. They have a site that has the rates on them.

freddy4888 is on a distinguished road
I live in south jersey and keep my boat at Tolchester marina. It is a very nice place to keep a sailboat because it is located right on the Chesapeake. From my house in jersey to the marina is a little less than 2hrs. Their rates are very reasonable, for my 37 footer it's $4100/yr and that includes haulout, power washing the btm, blocking and the jackstands. They have a nice pool, a private beach and beach bar.

There are at least two marinas situated in the C&D Canal itself, one in Engineers Cove and one about halfway through the Canal.

These are:

Chesapeake Inn http://www.chesapeakeinn.com/

and

Summit North Marina, Bear DE, 302-836-1800

We stopped for fuel for the first time in Summit North Marina on the way up to Maine last month. Lotsa slips and lotsa boats. Haven't tried the Chesapeake Inn, but their website is pretty cool.

All I need or want at this point is a place to keep the boat until I leave for the Caribbean, later this year. I'm not looking for any amenities at this point. I will make calls to all the marinas over the weekend or Monday.

Bohemia Vista on the Bohemia River is pretty cheap, and I think they have some slips available. I'm there, contact me if you have any questions.
