hmm..well that is sooo wrong on so many different levels. sounds an awful lot like the promise of eliminating personal property taxes on cars which was very short lived.
in any event, keeping my boat in Mathews County is still cheaper than keeping it in SC..so i make the 7.5 hour trek to sail..sigh..
