Today's Sail

Took a quick video of today's sail.
Choppy seas and gusty winds. Cruising along reefed down at about 6.5 knots.
Don't pay any attention to the leach flap.
I was short handed and did not want to go out there.

You know what the first rule of sailing is? ...Love. You can learn all the math in the 'verse, but you take
a boat to the sea you don't love, she'll shake you off just as sure as the turning of the worlds. Love keeps
her going when she oughta fall down, tells you she's hurting 'fore she keens. Makes her a home.

Just guessing (Because my wind display is out) about 25knots.
3 - 5 Foot Great Lakes chop. (Although the video does not show it)
Very Steep and Very close.

No, don't say that, say it was 8-10 knots and you were doing 14 knots. It'll drive Giu crazy!
