I would imagine it was kind of strange suddenly being The Guy on a single man team--
when I was your age we had a comic book character caled Mighty Mouse, black tights red shirt and cape no less ( not to be confused with Mickey, the mouse who claims that says he lives in the happiest place on earth.. but what would he know he is not a sailor...

), anyway, when Mighty Mouse was faced with a challenge he would raise his fist into the air and cry "Here I come to save the day, MIGHTY MOUSE!!!!" and even tho he was not big he some how, eventually, managed to do just that, save the day
When I was your age I always found that to be encouraging, and I needed it because I was such a clumsy klutz that I even had to take ballet for two years

, Things I could do easily last week, like climbtress and fences I suddenly couldn't, you see I was growing so much I almost forgot how to walk!

and my arms seemed to get longer every week!, man, somedays there was not much I seemed to be able to do right.
so if you are ever having one of those days-- think of the Mighty Mouse
have fun, be observant and look for that momment when you can make a difference-- in everything you do
Fair winds-- you are the future of the sport we love!
