Here's a story... don't know how true it is... brand new boat was delivered to a broker for launch. They put her in and she was gushing water on the interior. Fortunately they hadn't taken the slings off yet so they were able to quickly pull her out again. It turned out that the manufacturer had put the through hull openings in for a transducer and knotlog but the broker never installed them. Check your thru-hulls before launching!

See, my posts are concise and simple...

Money, (as I recommended) buy all the above, and only one post was used....

Don't forget to bring a condom!

Thanks for all the well wishes! What a day. Couldn't be happier. Boat arrived in one piece, exceeded expectations but needed a bath in the worst way. Boat was bought sight unseen except for lots of photos. I really lucked out. It' a 20 year old boat sold by the original owner and things look like new. It's grimey allright, but from lack of use, not abuse. It wasn't in the water for the past two years. No grease left in the elbows! The trucker escaped unscathed.

A magnifying glass and cotton ball to check the standing rigging and a loos tension meter to set it up.
