I live on a 37 Fairliner with an aft state room, full head with shower. I have an entertainment center where the forward head used to be and a forward birth. The main salon has an appartment sized refer, 3 burner stove and microwave. A counter top with blender, toaster, coffee maker and wine wrack. Where you gonna put that on a 25 foot sailboat?? :)
Been to Rock Port Tx. Nice town. Small like a 25 footer.
You better have a toilet and shower at the end of the dock or things are gonna get messy real quick. A nice resturant nearby too. Try living in your car for a week and see how you fare. I''ts gonna be pretty much the same.

with all that stuff on board, it''s no wonder you don''t think a sounder is very important, besides, there''s no room! But it does sound like your very comfortable, and, as it should be. There is a certain amount of comfort you owe yourself for making a live aboard experiance a joyfull one. My number one criteria is boat size, but if thats all ya'' got, an'' thats all ya'' cn'' get ....do it!
