Google Earth - New Version

Seems that I'm not the only one with the bad habit of surfing Google Earth. On the new version, they have added Google Sky, which is okay, but not fantastic. However, I've been thinking of how cool it would be for Google Earth to team up with the NOAA and create a Google Nav Chart system, where we would have the best of both world. This wouldn't be that difficult to do and it would be something else to take our mind of work.

Not sure if you would ever be able to use it to navigate, maybe in time, but for now it would just be a great way to incorporate both systems.

I've wondered the same since Google Earth first came out a couple years ago, and think it's the inevitable future in navigation technology.

Where can I buy some start-up stock?

TB-

Google's publicly traded... buy away...

SD,
Perhaps we can barter . . . I'll contribute some of my old Polaroid shares - you pitch in some cash to go halves on Google . . . deal?

Here's what Google is trading at

CSM-

Google was never a penny stock.. :D

Google sold for $85 in 2004, and now sells for $600 . . . always a dollar short and a day late.

SD - no it was just a play with words. When these two guys started out, their office was in an old ladie's garage and they gave her stock in exchange for rent. Seems they paid a few people that way. It was worthless then....wonder how the old lady is doing these days?

She's probably not hurting... :) I hope she was smart enough to hang on to the stock, at least until they went public. :D
