Why don't more model/nutritionists take that year off to sail?

Anyone check out that 'work history'?

Page four had an interesting applicant. And she volunteers to cook, bringing a strong background in the veg/vegan culinary arts! I cannot imagine any level of hell approaching that of making a transpacific passage on a veg/vegan diet. I don't think the ship would clear the breakwater were it known to the crew.
