What boat is this?

I was looking at boats in my marina today, after my fuel pump s**t the bed and I had ordered a new one (no sailing on this beautiful day), and I saw a lovely 37-39 footer sloop with nice overhangs and a fair amount of teak. Her HIN started with CERL. It was a 1984 boat. Any ideas?

Thanks,
Freeman

Tartan34C will become famous soon enough
That is the MIC part of the HIN and it means C E RYDER built the boat. They built the 22, 27/28, 30 and 34 Sea Sprite and the Southern Cross 28, 31, 35 and 39.
All the best,
Robert Gainer
