My new boat.....ehehehehehe

but this little fella here, is a Volvo racer, a Farr design, whose mould is the same of the Pirates of the Caribbean.....this guy here is here in my marina on training for a while, I believe 4 months......I was promised a ride soon, very very soon, so it looks like I will have my dream fullfilled....after all. The crew is very nice..

Any way, in the mean time enjoy these I took a few hours ago...

This is the rea deal, where speed talks, BS walks...its the Disney World of Carbon fiber....the drool machine for Alex.....

Those are cool boats, but they had serious issues with the canting keel and the support structure around it. When you said that was the same mold as Pirates I cringed a little bit. Pirates had issues that made them limp into port a few times. Also, I think that Movistar was the same as Pirates and that one (Ericsson?), and Movistar sank during the NY to UK leg of the last race. Movistar lost it's keel completely. Something to think about when you're doing 25Kts in a monohull. Are those guys going to be in the next Volvo?

US...they showed me the GPS it still has the highest speed registered. 39.4 knots!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yes...its true...39 knots......

Rewell, I can't promise thatFred can go its not m boat and only a few will go, but if possible bring him, obviously....he will never forget it..that's for sure
