Sway And Tjk Went...sailing....what A Show

Imagine...just for a moment....imagine in your head...close your eyes…..picture them two together sailing …

Tim and Sway sailing the ex “SV DELUSIONAL REPUBLICAL”...now conveniently renamed...

Imagine as they try to moor the boat...Tim starts pulling parts out of Sway's boat..not that hard...the part come off willingly...

Here is a moment for posterity....

I made it by hand…sent it by fax all the way to Canada, where it was made into a JPEG…

I am now working on this masterpiece, I don't know...maybe give it some color…

ehehehehehe

I like the faucet thru hull (it even drips), sometimes its the little details that make all the difference.

You know what the first rule of sailing is? ...Love. You can learn all the math in the 'verse, but you take
a boat to the sea you don't love, she'll shake you off just as sure as the turning of the worlds. Love keeps
her going when she oughta fall down, tells you she's hurting 'fore she keens. Makes her a home.

He called me as he was constructing the above artistry to check on the spelling of delusional and Republican. The call was of course funded by the American energy industry. (!)

Sapper...that's Giu's rendering of a Portuguese self-bailing cockpit.

Some actual pictures of the event as it occurred.

tjk patiently waiting the officer to conclude writing the speeding ticket so we can go sailing. Begging the question of how dumb one must be to be speeding two hundred yards from one's destination. (I really don't need an answer to that one, thank you.)

tjk in his natural element. Notice the significant mood change evident on his face.

tjk experimenting with rudderless steering.

All is right with the world.

I even drove for a while.

BTW, I spent about 1/2 an hour on the phone with him trying to figure out why his Traveller video wouldn't publish . Oddly enough he was dialing from a 307 (aka Wyoming) phone number. hehehehe.

But hey, I'm not complaining. I was at work too and was bored.
