NEW AC rules

Putting aside the opinions related to it's relevancy to general sailing, I though some might find the new design rules of interest. It appears the current crop of litigation has ended allowing construction to start anew.

Maybe the thread belongs in "Design and Construction" - the rules might breed a new design of boats, or limit them so much that last year's designs will do fine.
