Giulietta's Home Port: Estoril, Portugal

Given Giu's torment of me today, I'll highlight Giu as one of our beloved members.

I had some free time from eating a late lunch at my desk, I checked out Giu's home port: Estoril, Portugal.

All I can say is WOW, what a great vacation destination!!

Never been to Portugal, but our daughter visited with her boyfriend during a leisure summer tour by themselves, which also included Spain and France.

They're surfers, so spent most of their time on the south coast, but both said that by far, Portugal was their favorite country. Warm, friendly and fun loving people with beautiful buildings and natural resources. It's a place I'd like to visit.

Beautiful location, Giu, you’re one lucky man. Simple question, where did you keep your boat this summer and what was the name of that cape? Was it north or south of Lisboa?

Max, that is extremely nice of you to have done that, I thank you and so does my town...


I told you guys...I've been telling you guys, its really really nice and pretty over here...but you don't listen to me....this is not like the rest of Europe you know...

Also look for Cascais, because my Town of Estoril is in the municipality or borough of Cascais, where my boat lives...check "marina de cascais" also

George,

I spent the Summer in the South part of Portugal called "the Algarve".

My boat stayed at the marina de Vilamoura and the name of the cape is "Cabo de São Viçente" or in English Cape St. Vincent.

And the "wall" as we call it that is the West Coast from the cape upwards for 40 miles. No man land
