Well done, Fred. My son watched this, and he wondered why your father sounds Portuguese and you sound Canadian. (heh...heh...)
The word for the "male" part of the rudder in English is "pintle". The loop of metal strap it goes into is called the "gudgeon", which is an odd word, even for English.
What you called a keel is usually called a centerboard on a dinghy, although technically a centerboard is a type of keel, of course. If a keel is bolted to the hull, it is called a "fixed", meaning non-removable, keel.
Your father has taught you nautical English terms very well. Most native English speakers don't understand these terms, because they are special only to sailors. Me, all I know in Portuguese is vela, linea, and barco.
