Off season moorings

There should be a list of off season spots.. I know here ((cape cod)) after a certain time ((((labor day if theres a hurricane around))) ussually october when this place is void of boats and you really could get a great slip or mooring before labor day pffft forget it ... you'll be lucky if they don't put you on a shoal somwhere
so cape cod from oct till first ice (((christmas)))would be awesome
