Just look out in the Northeast.
We had the same warm weather, 60 Degrees in January, than we got nailed with tons of rain and sever weather. Tornado's touched down along the Illinois and Wisconsin border. Yes, we had tornados in January a very very rare thing. I had some minor flooding in our area, over 6" of rain in a twelve hour period. With the ground still being somewhat frozen, all the rain was simply run off. The ground simply could not absorb any of it. The sump pump was not able to keep up. I had to bale the sump with buckets to keep up with the water coming in. I was wishing I had an emergency bilge pump. I think it would have worked.
So look out Labatt, lots of water is coming your way.
