Here we go again, another barg and another bridge

Coast Guard: Barge Struck Richmond-San Rafael Bridge
"The U.S. Coast Guard is investigating an allision involving a barge and the Richmond San Rafael Bridge Thursday night. Coast Guard boats confirm the barge struck the bridge. The Coast Guard now says the tug and barge were leaving Rodeo just after 6:00 p.m. when it struck the piling on the east side of the western portion of the bridge. The barge carries 65,195 barrels of heavy black oil but ship crew members tell the Coast Guard they've seen no signs of pollution in the Bay."

Hope that's the case, I wanna go sailing Saturday

Thats not good. We just had a few drinks and a lively conversation with a girl in the Coast Guard at the New Zealander. (should have called you) Maybe I'll give her a call for the skinny.

Not too good... at least it doesn't appear to be leaking yet.

You know what the first rule of sailing is? ...Love. You can learn all the math in the 'verse, but you take
a boat to the sea you don't love, she'll shake you off just as sure as the turning of the worlds. Love keeps
her going when she oughta fall down, tells you she's hurting 'fore she keens. Makes her a home.
