to bag a crook

tom they make photo camara for hunting deer all it has to do is cross infront of the camara and presto you have a mug shot no battery power from the boat and takes many pics with date and time

Just remember, most of what you can will deter the novices... the pros will steal your boat regardless of what you do. You don't have to make the boat impossible to break into, but just more difficult than the average novice will want to deal with...most thefts on sailboats aren't pros... and they're generally not looking to steal the boat... just to steal some expensive stuff they can sell easily....GPS units, radios, electronics all come to mind.
