NOAA Changes

For those of you that follow NOAA, they have made some great changes to their web site (almost competing against The Weather Channel). I am still trying to navigate it all, but it is nice to see them putting forthe a lot of effort. THought I finally got used to it, I always thought the previous site was tough to navigate.

NOAA is one branch of our government I have always been pleased with and happy to have them around.
