looking for a place in S Florida to work on a boat

I have just picked up a gulfstar 36 center cockpit in miami in rough shape and am looking for a spot to keep it that wont mind me doing work on it to get it back into shape for my summer cruise. Any and all ideas are welcome.

p.s.
this is without a doubt the first in many questions that will be asked :-)

Salt Creek is on the other side of the state in St. Petersburg...not south Florida I think.

lol, well that rules that out. Seeing as the boat at the moment has its motor in 2 dozen parts and a set of sails I could use to strain pasta with all the holes in them
