Island Packet Cat question

I have thought of Island Packets being a top shelf boat. As the price would also indicate. However the 35' Catamarin that IP made seems on the low side.
Is there a problem with these Cats? Or do they sail like a brick? Has anyone had experience with Victory Cats?
