Anchor Videos (where to find)

A few years ago a friend lent me a boating "magazine" on VHS tape. I forget the name but I remember that they had underwater footage of different anchor types setting.

I have searched around on youtube and have not come up with any simmilar videos. I think a lot could be learned from actually watching different styles of anchor behave in various bottom conditions.

Does anyone know where to find underwater footage of anchors setting or set? Anyone have videos they would like to post?

I think the various manufactures have videos touting their anchors. I recall practical sailor also has demonstrations or tests, I seem to recall tug boats pulling various types of anchors in load tests from Practical Sailor, and I think there was a link from this site, different thread a year ago.

Try this site www dot suncoastmarine.ca it’s an anchor product Rocna, but I saw a good demonstration on a muddy beach demonstrating the setting and holding of different anchors, of coarse there’s came out on top.
