Dear god! Look at that hull! That thing CAN'T be safe in the ocean. Must be a lake cruiser, or maybe a pond cruiser, or a bath tub toy. I bet it even has one of those non ocean safe cored hulls too. Or worse yet, some sort of carbon stuff thingys.
