However, I have not been following your hunt. Those pictures are certainly not local. Are your bringing her home, or leaving her in a warm environemnt?

I'll try to post some more pix next week. These were quick grabs. Interior is in very good shape. Exterior is very good but the glass needs a shining up.

Biggest chore by far is to replace the manual windlass with an electric.

I think that the "real" palm trees and the very clean water may have given it away. I still love Detroit, having grown up and lived in the area for a great part of my life, but NO, not Detroit. Good Luck, looks like you need to be heading North for the N.Channel for the summer. Comfort and beauty.
