My wife spotted a boat for sale similar to that one. The boat was wintered in a climate controlled building. Annual maint costs for it was close to 100K.

As a retirement, full time live-aboard maybe, but all that teak would break my heart.
$80,000 is about £40,000 and plus UK tax, would take it to £48,000.
You would sell it for that here tomorrow.
It must be classy inside too.
