Morgan 34 Builder''''s Hull # Location

Can anyone tell me where to find the Builder''s Hull number on a 1969 Morgan 34 K/C? There is no HIN on the transom because it was made before 1972. It must be marked somewhere but where?

Thanks.
Ken

Morgan 34 Builder''''s Hull # Location

Not all boats had hull numbers clearly displayed before the HIN started in the early 1970''s. If there was a hull id on board it was typically in one of two very obvious places, either on the forward bulkhead of the main cabin or on the rear bulkhead of the cockpit. Typically there was an aluminum or bronze builder''s plaque. I don''t recall seeing one on the Morgan but its been decades since I have been on a really early Morgan.
