Mashing Google with NOAA Charts

For those more on the PC side of things, I found this a few moments ago:

Very cool! I'll do a compare and contrast to the Raymarine v6.0 software I'm installing tonight. This Looks very similar to the Platinum Ray charts, which allows me to overlay my radar and chartplotter with real overhead images.

CalebD will become famous soon enough
I posted this link, which worked on my mac a few weeks ago that links US charts to something like google maps. Did you mean 'meshed' with or 'mashed' Jody?
NOAA
It would be nice to get more than just US Territorial waters though.

I meant "mashed" thats the technical term

From Wiki: n technology, a mashup is a web application that combines data from more than one source into a single integrated tool; an example is the use of cartographic data from Google Maps to add location information to real-estate data, thereby creating a new and distinct web service that was not originally provided by either source.

Mashing. mashed etc...

Duly noted Jody. I have been away from the IT world long enough so that I do not know the latest technical jargon. I always thought that a mashup had more to do with fisticuffs than IT but the language rolls on without me.
No need to delete your OP. It is still interesting technology whether it is mashed up or not.
