I saw her out under sail last weekend, she is pretty. However, I think the only way they will get that price is is if someone buys her for charter.

The price has been upped a great deal because it was in a freaking movie. Thus it is a memento for that movie. A historical item it is not.

There were actually two boats used in the movie, both Formosa 51s. Afreind of mined owned one of the boats. Unfortunately - his was the "before" boat!

My husband is the cheapest man alive but I daresay he would actually buy that boat without even batting an eye!
