You know what the first rule of sailing is? ...Love. You can learn all the math in the 'verse, but you take
a boat to the sea you don't love, she'll shake you off just as sure as the turning of the worlds. Love keeps
her going when she oughta fall down, tells you she's hurting 'fore she keens. Makes her a home.

Cam,

When you say e-mail list does that also mean e-mail notification? I'm still in the dark.

Denby...I mean e-mail lists under the resources tab above Dennis. I don't think e-mail notification has been working for threads here for quite a while. Nothing in the works there as far as I know.

Say It Ain't So

The e-mail lists are no more??!!?? You guys should at least broadcast a warning that you are going to eliminate the sailnet e-mail lists before stopping them. The listserver has been f'd up for the last month and everyone was still trying to regain contact with those who were lost after the last time it went down. Could someone please restore the listserver so we can at least send out our contact info to the people who were still subscribed?

What about archives for the listserver?? Will those be moved over to the sailnet forums or preserved as-is on All Forums ?

ALL...We have just opened 6 new subforums which will allow members to list, buy and sell their boats to other members here at no charge.
Please visit the new Boat Buying Forums and list your boat if you have one for sale. Be sure to read the forum rules as they are quite different than other forums!
Enjoy!!

KeelHaulin- have forwarded your concerns to management. Hopefully you will hear directly back about your concerns.

Cam - I agree with KeelHaulin - I was an active user of the e-mail lists and they were the only place on the entire net where Passport owners talked. It would be nice to send an announcement out there...
