Agree with John on this. Best to do at a slip or on a mooring on a morning with no wind.
The actual tensioning takes only 10 minutes or so if you are prepared ahead of time. The biggest pain is on the topping lift slides, do that monofilament fastening first on a bench at home.
The only time this rigging ever took more than a few minutes was when a friend HELPED me. He was a little too aggressive in loosening the nuts that tension the monofilament at the sail pocket. Two, not one, when overboard. Extra time was used to get to the hardware store and find a replacement for them
