Barnett Butterfly

Anyone ever sail a Barnett Butterfly? I picked one up today for $100. It needed a stay replaced, got lucky and made a new one at West Marine for about $10. Took it out sailing this afternoon. Ive never sailed on a small boat, so it was a blast. Only capsized once.

Looks a lot like a sloop rigged sunfish.

Yea, that poor old truck just takes my boats to the ramp and back. Hasnt done anything other than that 3 mile run in over a year.

Ive been driving that truck since 2004, upgraded to a Ford F250.

Good deal SV. Sailing small boats is pure simple fun and as a bonus, great exercise. I sail my son's Force 5 every now and then and can always feel the abdomen burn afterwards
