Indonesian Cruising Permit - CAIT

I'm heading to Indonesia pretty soon, and need some help on Indonesian Cruising Permit (CAIT) issue. I called many outfits and the info I got made me confused even more. I don't know which company I can trust. Would you guys please suggest me some good agents? By the way, my boat doesn't have insurance. Will I be able to get the permit without insurance paper?

Thank you in advance.

Thanks all for answering my thread.

I'll try to get one in Singapore, because it only takes two weeks. I just wonder what kind of insurance I need for my boat. Any input on that matter?

Well, getting the permit in Singapore is not looking good. Golden Image and Raffles Marina, outfits in Singapore, just told me that they can only get me a permit to cruise to Riau Island, not the rest of Indonesia.

Anyway, I will be in Singapore pretty soon. Hopefully, I will find out the best solution.
