The post Robby is talking about is the one in my Signature. :)

If you go to Noonsite.com, they have a lot of information on different cruising areas and countries... and the regulations regarding them. Might be a good place to start.

Hmmmm, SOUTH of the Canal? Not the San Blas islands but rather the Archipielago de las Perlas ... gonna be a looooong sail fer sure outa Balboa headin' south. :D
