Please help identify a monohull!

Ever since I got my 2008 membership card I have been trying to figure out what the type of boat is on the front of it. I have posted a question about it once before but didn't get a response. On the card the boat is in teal blue waters on a starboard tack, appears as though it is approximately 25 feet in length, and has tiller steering.

So my question to you guys/gals out there... If you could pull out your membership cards if you have em....

What is the manufacturer/model/length of the boat on the front of the 2008/2009 ASA membership card?

Could it be a Cape Dory?
