first aid kit

i am trying to upgrade my first aid kit to have all the necessary stuff. anyone know of a good company for offshore kits? i would buy part of one of these kits and complete it with my stuff..

Eric: Found that the commerical kits did not do it for me. Ended up doing alot of research and made my own kit. Bought the otc stuff from medical suppliers, had my dr give me Rx''s or samples and assembled the kit using a pelican waterproof box and tupperware containers. Has exactly what I want and I did not pay a premium for the products.

what did you put in the kit besides the normal bandages, gauze,kling,tape etc?
