For a time, it truly summed up the attitude of this place. I think it's changed for the better.

Yeah. It's definitely changed for the better. It's no longer the "Anti-Sailing" forum - and it's a much more fun place to hang.

And yo, RonR - I'll just round up. Heh-heh.

Re: LFS Proponents Have Lovely Outing

GAAAAAAAAAA!!!!

I am hereby sincerely, utterly, truly bummed out. I had to pull out of the Harvest Moon Regatta - one of the biggest and best off-shore races in the country. A work emergency.

This whole work thing interfering with my sailing is completely unacceptable. It looks like a 100 mile beam reach with 15-20...with hot sailing chicks and great food! Dream!

What a freakin' drag. Posting instead of racing. I mean, I love you guys and everything - but you don't hold a candle.

BUMMER!

Re: LFS Proponents Have Lovely Outing

That blows Smack but sometimes life happens while you are making other plans.

I had to blow off a potential LFS on a friends boat in the Chessy this coming weekend too. One of my reasons for bailing was only because something called H'cane Sandy might be nearby on Sunday.

Bummer indeed.
