Nautical Quotes

As a sister thread to Nautical Trivia. I propose the same format for nautical quotes. Ground rules, no google in first 2 hours. Correct answer posts next quote.
Who said this?

Quote:

"You scratched my anchor!"

Rodney Dangerfield - Caddyshack.

But we still don't have the "not think too deeply" answer and you're supposed to solve that one first. ;-) Gotta be turn-of-the-last-centuryish +/- 50 years. Hmmm. John MacGregor (the guy that sailed the little canoe-yawls jost post Civil War era and started the pleasure boating trend)?
