 I was in MB playing golf and I saw what looked like a Morgan 32 beached. Everything looked ok except the rudder and a couple of stantions although the sand was gaining on the boat as it kept sinking into the sand a few inches every day. I belive that wind was very strong on Friday night and it had an achor rode that was cut indicating that may have been trying to ride out the storm and the anchor rode let go resulting in the beaching.

It is going to be expensive to get the sailboat out of the beach.....

What, you didn't try and get some new to you hardware off the boat???

Seriously, was anyone on the boat?? Was the rode CUT or was it chafed through??? There's a big difference.
