Have a nice day... /sigh

I don't like it either, but you know what? It's their site and if you don't like it you can always wander off to other sites.

if i'm boycotting sailnet, how am i supposed to know when they stop putting the ads in the posts.
i see this turning into another ignore-type thread.

I am not boycotting nor would I think of it. I like the site and have made many friends here. We all know it costs money to keep sites like this up and going. We all know that retail sales are down, the sales that pay for this site. We all know how cheep sailors are. It's just another revenue source to keep things up and running.

Maybe the management is just trying to balance the budget.

Well if they are going to advertise on me I expect a reduction in my subscription amount!

If she's good looking enough, smart enough and has a nice enough boat... why not. :)
