Arriving in Annapolis in an hour (6:30ish) - Hang out?
If anyone is interested in getting together for a drink or two this evening, I'd like to announce the arrival of Pelican in Annapolis in approximately one hour. We're going to pick up a mooring in Spa Creek, launch the dinghy, and kiss the ground once we're in. We're then going to grab dinner and then get hammered. It was a heck of a ride up the Delaware, and then the Chesapeake threw some pretty hefty fits too. Send an e-mail with your # to sailnet at ispmanage dot com and we'll figure out a place to go. It will have to be within walking distance of the dinghy dock (i.e. downtown or Eastport).

Glad to hear all went well, the Delaware is always more nasty than nice.

Wish we could join, but I'm sure you'll find some like minded salty folk in town!. I'd recommend my favorite haunt, McGarvey's Saloon, just a stagger and a stumble away from the dingy dock on ego alley (order the mussels). Weather dependent, we're looking to pick up a ball this Saturday, how about a rain check?

Chris, sorry we missed you. We arrived a couple hours ahead of you after a 25 mile thrash to windward. Got the last slip available in ego alley. Went to a pub to warm up, then crashed early and slipped out around 8 am after breakfast. We took a few loops around your boat, but it looked pretty quiet so we did not hale you.

Awwww you guys are making me hungry for a burger at Davis or pizza at Mangia's or better yet dinner at Lemon Grass! Just returned to MO after hauling the boat last week at Jabins in Back Creek. Stay warm and safe and enjoy downtown Annapolis! Nice photo of Pelican!
