J-36 Specifications

Hi All,

Got a fellow club-member looking for the specifications for a J-36. Searched, but couldn't find them? Anybody got any clue as to where they might be found?

Tnx,
Jim

If a dirty bottom slows you down what do you think it does to your boat

Yeah, that's a tough one to get info on. For some reason J-boats has never updated their website with that info.

In case it helps any, there are a few reviews by owers here on SailNet, but not much in the way specs:

Check Yachtworld.com. There are a couple listed that have the specs, layouts, etc. They PHRF at about 79 sec/mile.
Rig dimensions: I=44.2 J=14.0 P=47.0 E=15.0 I believe there were 55 of these build before production halted.

Should be the same as J measurement (14.0') for standard PHRF rating.
